Geoff is the Managing Director of 5 Rings Telecom. He has been a successful business owner since 1978. In 2000 he moved into the Telecommunications industry and began to excel in reducing Telecom expenditure for businesses. He is highly experienced in delivering bespoke solutions tailored to individual client requirements.
Geoff’s passion to deliver an outstanding, personal customer service to his Clients is at the very forefront of everything that 5 Rings stands for. He does not believe in binding our customers to us with lengthy contracts, he would rather our competitive prices, expertise and superb service ensure that customers have confidence and trust in us and therefore will want to remain with 5 Rings Telecom.
Geoff is a family man and is married to Lynn. He has two sons and five grandchildren. In his spare time he has been known to play a spot (or two) of golf. In his younger years he showed some promise as a football player but is now quite content to be a spectator!
Pete is our Operations Director. He started his career as an Assistant Golf Professional and went on to work for Callaway, designing and manufacturing golf clubs. His main role was to design and implement a sturdy manufacturing process using Six Sigma. He went on to become one of Callaway’s leading Black Belt project leaders.
Pete’s skills and experience have enabled him to devise and oversee robust operational and provisioning procedures at 5 Rings Telecom. These methods enable us to deliver an exceptionally high level of service to our customers. Pete believes in putting the customer at the centre of each and every process to ensure that they remain the most important factor in our business.
Pete is married to Katie and they have two young children. In his spare time he enjoys playing football and he remains a keen golfer. He loves a bit of tech and enjoys learning about new innovations and gadgets!
Steve joined 5 Rings Telecom in 2011 as Sales and Marketing Director. After graduating from Loughborough University Steve started his career in Sales and Marketing. He worked in various agencies and was responsible for numerous accounts, including Cellnet (now 02), Avaya, Racal, Nortel, Ford Motor Company, Toyota, Honda and Land Rover. More recently, he worked with a successful entrepreneur designing growth strategies which helped him increase turnover from £60m to £350m in just 5 years.
Steve loves working with customers and analysing how they operate. He is highly skilled in the design and delivery of effective solutions for each individual customer. He feels that the best way to achieve this is to really listen to the customer and therefore understand the requirements of their particular organisation.
Steve is married to Lisa and they have four children. He was a keen sportsman in his younger days and now enjoys coaching the mini’s at OA Rugby Club.
